In this deep blue state only courthouses are off limits and businesses that post but it’s not enforceable. They can ask you to leave if they see it and if you don’t it’s then trespassing.

It was reddish back then before the dems gerrymandered it to hell. I believe we were one of the first states with a CCW law and it was pretty basic, take a class and carry anywhere except here.
Of course the courts here try to say that the 2nd amendment only applies to weapons at the time of the constitutions signing, then how can you conceal carry?
Now it’s recently become more strict to CCW and buy it passed by .6%. It also has to include a suicide section, if you’re going to kill your self why are you going to take a CCW class first?
Most of the new laws were overturned, except the magazine ban which they lied to “gun loving liberals” about. They wouldn’t listen and voted for a capacity ban. The state claimed all magazines before the ban would be legal. read the bill dumbasses. Legal for in your house, at an actual gun range or gunsmith.
Anywhere else is illegal, shooting in the woods, small capacity magazine, outside your property, small capacity magazine, transporting large capacity needs to be locked up.
Now they’re upset they voted for it. No crap, I don’t know how they can always be duped by their side and still vote and cheer for them.
