There is a new criminal element in chicago. It appears to be mexican cartels. They are far more sophisticated than any of the gangs, let alone petty nigger crime. They are importing organized crime, and militarized cartel tactics from mexico. It is really hard to predict how long it will take for things to develop, but I would not be surprised to start hearing about assasinations, kidnappings skyrocketing, boddies being strung from bridges, and execution videos showing up online.
