LMAO, 'guidance'. It has been years since i read the Constitution and Bill of Rights, but it still does not allow czars to make 'rules' that Limit Legal Rights. The stupidity of Prohibition and the results, shows the stupidity of going against the will of The People. My standard response is the same, Come and Get them.
