They have no need to cancel the election. They can just rely on "mail in voting" in a few key counties and win no matter what happens. To say they would cancel the election is to imply they are not rigged and they don't have control over who wins. The 2020 election showed all you need is to control a few counties in a couple swing states and you can easily rig an election. And they already have that.
