Typically, only the portion(s) dedicated as a cemetery are non-taxable. Rules dealing with this usually state that no benefit may be derived from the property. For example, not paying taxes on a private home is a benefit, so it's ineligible to be a cemetery.

A legally defined cemetery, the bodies buried in the basement don't count.

Yea that's entirely bullshit. In a lot of states you can get a disposition form and be buried on your property relatively easily. However, everything else she said is about garbage. Some states also have it to where if ashes are spread on a property, those family have visitation rights for that location but that's about as much as Uncle Sam is gonna let you fuck around. Also, notice how that last one typically isn't involving Uncle Sam.

Hey but there are people who are sovereign citizens and chicks with dicks these days too. Why not take the advice of a filter bimbo on some niggers stream. Sounds like a solid way of gaining generational something.

If you want to bury a body on private land where I live you must establish a family graveyard. You must ask a County judge, contact the Health dept. Then set the boundaries and have it surveyed. It's about $800. Whatever is in the boundaries isn't taxed. I don't think you can include a dwelling.

I think it's illegal you need permits and stuff. When my father died we weren't allowed to bury him on our farm we had to get him buried at a cemetery.

Yeah, this would never work for me anyway. You know, something about self incrimination...
