"The No Bailouts for Reparations Act would ban the federal government from subsidizing or paying for any municipality or state which institutes reparations based on one of four factors: slavery, race, ethnicity, or national origin.
According to the legislative text, the bill would ban such a city or state from receiving any federal funds, period, if they institute reparations for any of the factors listed above. That could even ban a city or state from receiving everything from federal highway funds to federal grants for crime victims compensation.
It was introduced in the House on June 23, as H.R. 4321, by Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX36)."
