I think his error was structuring it as a 503C, that meant he was forced to have a board and allowed jewish parasites to infiltrate and ultimately destroy the company. It isn't too much of an issue though, because Project Veritas without James O'Keefe is nothing and he will ultimately gain from it's demise.
