This case got dropped onto a 10 year attorney who's been a judge for 6 months!? Yikes! Good news is, the odds of a mistrial just went up to about 95%.
The judge in Georgia’s most high-profile trial of a former president is a 34-year-old kid who was supervised by the prosecutor who will be bringing the case before him. The media will keep emphasizing that he was appointed by Gov. Brian Kemp, much as it emphasized that the Hunter Biden special counsel was appointed by Trump, but such things are often meaningless in an industry where professional connections matter more.
Conflict of interest much? Of course, neither will recuse themselves. Going after the Bad Orange Man is more important than ethics.
