I 'member when the MSM would broadcast erroneous voting results prior to elections returns and then tell us 'sorry' they were just testing their equipment and screens for the upcoming results.

How else would you discourage people you didn't want to vote from voting? Publishing results that tell the average person they shouldn't bother is easy and reliable.
