And that's a problem because their little echo system relies on compromised individuals to exist; the more involved you are, the more compromised you get, the more controllable, "trustworthy", and influential you eventually become... And the less likely you are to rat on everybody else of course... Problem is when a newcomer is bombarded president without going through all that "vetting process"...
