There's a legal subtlety to this. You can say "I will kill the jews someday" but you can't say "I will kill the jews on Saturday". The first one doesn't pose a credible threat because it is indeterminate on the timing, but the second one indicates a credible threat because it gives a specific day that can be construed as imminent.
