California Democrats have proposed a bill that would require judges to consider a convicted criminal's race when determining prison sentences.

Under the guidance of the California Reparations Task Force, Democrat state lawmakers introduced Assembly Bill 852 which "would require courts, whenever they have discretion to determine a sentence, to consider the disparate impact on historically disenfranchised and system-impacted populations" with the intent of "rectifying racial bias."

I was just watching a live poc-suspect car chase on tv this morning (using car as deadly weapon after ramming police car) and was talking to the poc on the tv: "just give up, you'll be out by tomorrow anyway, this is California!"

The end result is the elimination of societal responsibility for the American nigger - absolutely no repercussions for any behavior, whether it is child support back payments, petty crimes, or violent felonious crimes. They want immunity from life.

More lies and excuses to cover up the FACT that blacks commit the vast majority of all crime in the USA. The 'obama rule' of refusing to allow the prosecution of blacks simply because they are ....black, is WHY they are ruining Civilization.

They don't seem to understand that this will be used against them not for them.

They claim that they live in a country of white supremacy but they want to give those in power the ability to discriminate based on race. Either we are a white supremist country or they just want special treatment despite committing so much damn crime. You cannot have both be true at the same time.
