As soon as they sign that bill into law, someone should sue the state legislature for harassment, intimidation and severe mental distress for having his freedom of speech taken away by corrupt politicians and send them to jail for the five year penalty for writing hate laws. Since gender is a spectrum, they can claim discrimination because they are an Americsexual. (Someone that is sexually aroused by the Constitution).

"Michigan HB 4474 states that a person may be charged with a felony and sentenced to up to five years in prison if they “intimidate[] or harass[] another individual,” use “force or violence, or cause “severe mental anguish” based on two new additions of “perceived characteristics”: gender identity or sexual orientation. How can we define intimidation, harassment, and violence? Well, if the person feels like they’ve been intimidated or harassed, then, of course, they’ve been harassed according to this bill. It’s also important to mention that no one on the left can even define what violence means."

So it only is a law banning sane people from telling pedos, trannies, and queers.

They pedos will have the full official power of the state protecting them from doing anything they want.
