Just a reminder, SCOTUS has already ruled they don't have the authority to enforce the rule and it requires the Senate and House to pass a law to make it actionable.

Legally, the Senate's refusal means it's not lawful. Ignoring constitutionally it's illegal in the first place.

Saw that coming. Even if they did, Biden promised a veto. There are several lawsuits going through the process right now about this, but no doubt the gay-TF will ruin someone's life over it and possibly murder them as well.

Let's not forget killing the family dog while they're at it.

Wouldn't be a true fed raid if they didn't kill the ferocious family lapdog.

I've never used one. So what is the difference between adding a pistol brace vs buying something like this.

Is it just the added strap?

What they're trying to make illegal are which make it easier to control a gun with one hand.

According to the Dementia Patient In Chief, they not only make the gun into a pistol but it increases the size of the bullets and also makes them more powerful.

Yes, that makes no sense, but that's where we are.

The ATF wants to ban any accessory that - by some purposefully ill-defined guideline - makes it easier for someone to shoot a pistol. A brace does that, especially one with a strap, thereby making it a no-no to them.

Short-barrel rifles are a different form of evil altogether.

Okay thanks, I get it now. Laziness on my part for not understanding what exactly these braces are. Seems like a novelty item to me tbh, but if people want to play around with them I don't see an issue.

There must be an outbreak of one armed mass murders using these that I missed somehow.

They're pretty handy when it comes to older shooters and new shooters, but to me there isn't much point. (Although since I tore my rotator cuff I could use all the help I can get.)
