A new study shows that employees who are still working remotely are actively fleeing Democrat-run cities in the thousands.

As reported by the Washington Free Beacon, the data from American Community Survey showed that a number of the largest cities in the country, all controlled by Democrats, continue to be the hardest-hit by an ongoing exodus of remote workers. The most severe net migration loss was in New York City, which lost approximately 116,000 remote employees. Los Angeles lost 53,000, while San Francisco saw an exodus of 32,000, and at least 29,000 left Chicago.

Anecdotal: I've seen "Don't California My Texas" and "Don't New York My Florida" signs in those states.

Don't let dems 'governor nuisance' your state. CA sucks because nuisance made a law that you can subdivide your residential property. Now there won't be nice residential neighborhoods with HOAs preventing high density or low income apartments next door to you. The gov. nuisance law allows any shithead to buy a lot and ruin your nice residential neighborhood under state law.

Yep. A buddy of mine works for one such company. Two people on his team moved away - with the company's permission - when the WFH rules were implemented. The company is trying to force them to come back but they have it in writing. Others aren't so lucky.

You know what that means? That those cities are no longer safe enough even for home pizza deliveries and amazon deliveries, even deluxe basement dwellers can't live over there anymore, despite the fact they rarely set a foot outside, that's what it tells you

Funny thing. My thought was, "How bad are the cities getting when you don't feel safe even though you never even leave the house anyway?"
