A new, highly detailed lawsuit for alienation of affections and civil conspiracy, among other claims was just filed by a former Apex City Councilman. The suit alleges that Tim Moore, the GOP speaker of the House started an affair with his wife and engaged in "group sex with other people seeking political favors".
The lawsuit says that a state employee confessed she “she had engaged in sexual activity with Defendant Tim Moore (including group sex with others seeking Tim Moore’s political favor), and that she feared ending the relationship with [Moore] would result in losing her job”.
