We all know these dual nationals only have loyalty to the other country , how the hell can we right the ship as long as we allow it? Is there any path to eliminating that now? I can't think of a way, hoping someone else has workable/plausable/realistic ideas.

Great point, so any plan needs to have near the top with "how do we get the corrupt officials out" ...

There may not be a way without mass revolution.

Sadly, I don't have any suggestions. One thing we can do is publicly call out their disloyalty as often as possible, and in as many places as possible.
