Because that would prove his own guilt and unravel the entirety of the lie and the systems in place. Neither are even close to being fearful of the law so why both? The stories about some judge totally holding Hunter to account are bait, I hope you're not falling for them. Same exact types of orders were handed town to Hillary Clinton as well, nothing happened.
I scanned through this document. In all cases mentioned, the petitioner was charged with crimes and or found guilty and imprisoned. Some case have 5 year mandatory waiting periods before petitioner can request a pardon. Do you know of any pardons requested/denied before being charged or found guilty?.

That's a "rule" on the convicted, not the governor / president. Requesting a pardon is not the same as receiving a pardon. That's means nothing.

Why would he pardon Hunter when Hunter will never face charges or even mild criticism for doing crimes on video?
