At this point, just fucking pass it and at least let the people with legit degrees get some debt relief. Yeah a lot of them are unwater basketweaving lesbian anus studies majors but there are some of our guys that can use a bad law to fix their own situation. They do and SCOTUS should uphold that separation of powers. Think of Trump trying to get $5B for the wall. Biden continuing to push this vote buying scheme to the SCOTUS looks like a desperation move to me. If they deny him, he uses it as propaganda that SCOTUS is politically corrupt, catering to MAGA. If they relent, separation of powers takes a big hit and he gains votes from many of those who benefit. He wins something either way.
