IIRC, The House can't put him in prison for crimes but they can recommend him to be investigated/subpoenaed by the DOJ - which would go nowhere with this regime.
The House can penalize him within the House - make him powerless, sue him. Possibly more.

In other words, nothing at all will happen to him. The (((Red Team))) and the (((Blue Team))) will protect their own. (((They))) will send some low-level staffer down the river and leave the jew unscathed to commit more treason.

We shall see. I'd like to see Schiff unable to do any more damage for starters, detailing his crimes for the record and We The People. Fining him $16M or whatever it is would be nice. The Treason will need to be addressed by the next POTUS, I don't see any way to make progress prosecuting him with this corrupt regime.
