End any sort of elections.
The US doesn't have elections. Nothing will change in '24. A civil war will not be allowed to break out until the last drop of any value is squeezed from the US and given to isreal 2.0 (Ukraine) but that has to be established first. Which is why there's a 'soft' WW going on right now.
