Not a threat. To anybody but a jew. It's a question, not a statement, despite the lack of a question mark. Even if it were a statement that wouldn't be a threat, there's literally no threat there.

Meaning there's a legal judgement and conviction had, so there's nothing "threat" about it. I am 100% convinced eric swalwell is jewish. This feels very psyopy.
