Let China, Pakistan, Israel, Indonesia, jewkraine and India pay their share and then we can go from there.

Those 5 countries make up about 3 billion in population. Nearly half of the Earth..

And this dumbass is saying we allocate 13%?

When 50% of the funds are allocated by all of the other major countries and 37% is allocated by the minor ones, let's talk to make it 100%.
