Republican Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt on Monday signed into law a bill banning sex changes surgeries and cross sex hormones in the state.

Under Senate Bill 613, doctors could lose their license to operate and be guilty of a felony if they “knowingly provide gender transition procedures to any child.” The bill passed 73 to 18 in the House and 37 to 8 in the Senate. Parents can sue doctors on behalf of their children, and individuals who received sex changes as children can sue any time before their 45th birthday.

Federal Judge at the lowest level court:

"Nyot so fyassst!" - said Judge Ari Schmulenbergostein, as he handed down the injunction against the Oklahoma State Senate Bill 613.
