Let's get right to the end game: government should not allow denizens know anything about what they're doing because if the public knew, they could be a security threat.

After this bill goes through, government officials will feel safe knowing the public won't know what was voted on, how they voted, who's visiting them, where they're going, what was said in meetings, what laws were past. Basically nothing.

Laws will only be discovered after a denizen breaks one and they are executed.
