Transcript (as best as I could):

>RFK: "Do I think they should be in jail? I think they should be enjoying three hots and a cot at the ??? with all the other war criminals that are there." Reporter: "What about politicians, uh, people who deny--who, who express skeptism ...?" RFK: "I think they are selling out the public trust. And, you know, I think those guys who are doing the Koch bros. bidding and who are against all the evidence of the rational mind, are saying that: 'global warming doesn't exist, that they are contemptable humans beings and that, you know, I wish there that there were a law you could punish them under'. I don't think there is a wa(r)-a law you can punish those politicians under, but I--do I think the Koch bros should be prosecuted for reckless endangerment? Absolutely. That's a criminal offense and they ought to be serving time for it." Reporter: "Alright, well thank you very much--appreciate it"

I wonder what was said in the minute or two leading up to this. I think this is missing some important context missing but any way you slice it, he is sounding authoritarian af. This also depends on if RFK was quoting something or not -- aka if he was quoting the 'guys doing the koch bidding' saying that they wish there was a law you could punish people under who deny global warming.

I kind of doubt this interpretation though but this whole interaction has been cut from proper context.
