Separation of powers don't exist goyim!!!

Pretty sure State and Federal powers are separated by the supremacy clause, the tenth and a number of other things.

Pretty sure State and Federal powers are separated by the supremacy clause, the tenth and a number of other things.

The Florida State legislature is modifying a Florida state law. State and Fed powers are separated as stated by the constitution. I don't see a problem here.
