Rice was/is Obummer's top lieutenant, very capable, if installed as VPOTUS will assume POTUS when Joe is put out to pasture. She's the best Obummer has left. Makes total sense. Will the knives come out for Kamala in the next month or two? Some scandal gets exposed and Kamala gracefully steps down? FBI sets up Kamala's assasination and frames some nutjob patsy acting as a MAGA/Trump/Q activist? These people are desperate. Definitely keep an eye on this evil creature's moves behind the curtain.

I'm not 100% sure they're going to swap Harris and Rice in place. I think Harris might be allowed to continue her term as VP but will decide not to run again in 2024. That gives them the perfect opening to slot Rice onto the ticket.

Then again, the way you put it would make the transition even easier. Let's imagine Harris resigns because of her health. They can tap Rice to come back out of her tremendous sense of duty and patriotism to serve as VP and then it's even easier to install her as President.

I think they would be anxious to get an ace into position to finish Obummer's 3rd term and be in position for his 4th. Team Biden/Harris have a shitstorm ahead of them, serious negative equity for the (((DS))). Maybe Old Joe is removed, Kamala takes POTUS, Rice is named as VPOTUS. First Female "Black" POTUS and VPOTUS in American history! blah blah blah. I could see the Dems pushing that narrative, though neither is black. Sounds exactly like a Dem ClownWorld fact.
