(((EPA))) was just shot down with a unanimous (IIRC) decision like 2 years ago. Wasn't it? It had to do with it's (lack of) regulatory authority and establishing how only congress has the legal capacity to make legal rules and update legal policy within the (((EPA))).
I think? It was before Bruen, before (((abortion))) was sent back to the states. It was around a SCOTUS decision on community caretaking and search that was caused by a (((red flag))) gun seizure. The case had nothing to do with guns but was a search / seizure case.
