Things are getting worse for normal working people. I had 'training' last week to introduce myself by name and pronouns. That's bullshit. I won't do it. I haven't seen anyone else do it since this 'training'. The reasoning behind it is to make the 1%mental issue trans/gays feel comfortable and included or something. I've been thinking that my work around on this crap is to simply use the names of people and not 3rd person pronoun anyone in the same room as me and not refer to people other than their name while at work. Even then, I'm not comfortable with having someone else's language cult-talk imposed upon me.
