I'm okay with this idea so long as the rest of us are free to shoot the looting niggers on-sight without fear of criminal prosecution. It would free up the criminal justice system tremendously and clean up the streets at the same time.

The city's trauma surgeons are some of the best in the world. Prospective medics are transferred there for the real world experience. Think about it: There are so many shot that the military jets their students out there and they're all guaranteed practice niggers.
The government has no wishes to free up the justice system unless it means appointing Soros DAs and selectively dismissing cases. The courts will be used as a weapon against people not black enough. They have no desire to tackle crime at all; the chaos in their streets is their gift that keeps giving fear and propaganda.
Correct. There is no drive to eradicate crime, or drug use for that matter.
