Likely a half term acting president. I think most people thought he wouldn't last a full year.

Biden's best strategy is to keep her so that he won't be assassinated by CIA, as the CIA would fear a Kama-giggles president causing too much work around the world as world leaders would disregard USA even more than they do now and pick up WW3 land grab wish lists.
