Perhaps add time off for cord blood as a better source than bone marrow? Not as strict a match is needed for the cord blood per researchers, and it would get new single mothers out of prison to be with their newborns sooner, and get their babies out of foster care sooner.

Edit: started thinking what the trannies would offer as their imaginary cord given they have imaginary menstruation
