They don't have a "view". It's a giant country with over a billion people. This is a CCP press release.

Also, if you talk to Chinese with any influence, they absolutely know the Rothschild family and international jewry control the US even more than China.

I have. Many times. They hate niggers more than people on Poal, think White people are naive, and know jews are in power. The individual I'm thinking of went on a rant about the Rothschilds.
