The thing that made America great was its willingness to acknowledge and reward hard work and innovation. Those that achieved the highest goals were given the greatest rewards, regardless of their background or race. That is no longer true. Non-whites who are less intelligent than average white people, less capable, less innovative, are being rewarded at a level above whites with superior work ethics and superior skills. The inevitable consequence of this policy will be the decay and fall of America.
