This article has nothing to do with your original question.
The original subject was >>Congress has begun passing laws that state "this Act is not subject to judicial review."
The article is about congressional review of agency passed rules that become law.
It also touches on judicial review but that is not the crux of the article.
Are there actual laws, passed by congress, that you have seen that say "this Act is not subject to judicial review."?
Most of that article isn't, but the highlighted portion does pertain.
A quick non-exhaustive search: https://www.congress.gov/search?q=%7B"source"%3A"legislation"%2C"search"%3A"%5C"not+subject+to+judicial+review%5C""%2C"bill-status"%3A"law"%7D
Did you look at a single result of your search? I can't find even one of them that contains the term "judicial review" in the text of the bill. And no, I didn't sit here and go through all of them. I opened a few, did a quick word search for the phrase and it isn't there. So please, be specific. Send me a bill that says in the text of the bill that is is NOT subject to judicial review.
I'm not trying to be argumentative, I am interested in your original question and want to discuss it but you are not showing me an example.
I can however do my own internet search and I can see many examples of where the law specifically states that the judicial branch has the authority to review any law or agency rule. I cannot find a single result that says otherwise.
yes I looked at several instances
not terribly interested in continuing though
have a good day!
