odd thing is that apparently it was under control enough to be able to sit over montana for an extended period of time, and only started moving 'towards the coast' when normies started calling it out. so it seems to me like whoever is pulling xidens strings was all like 'hangon let us move it somewhere where what is left cant be randomly picked up accidentally by someone not a man in black, then shoot it down'
