People are conditioned to shut their ears and eyes to anything labelled a 'conspiracy theory', something not to be taken seriously for discussion. To win the narrative war, we need to dismiss the label and focus on the facts, stating that the 'theory' of criminal prosecution is up to the DA, the prosecutors, and the police. Kind of shock people back into focus on the topic and facts brought up as serious criminal behavior, and not to be dismissed from discussion with a label.
