DEVELOPING: House Judiciary plans to formally request DOJ watchdog Horowitz audit FBI payments to Twitter and other social media. The FBI reimbursed Twitter for time spent processing FBI demands to ban pro-Trump and other conservative accounts. Through October 2019, the FBI remitted more than $3.4 million to Twitter.
