To think: this $55 billion will literally fund wars of extermination for ethnic sectarianism, and will be used to fund rape and genocide campaigns by losers and despots that call themselves "friends and allies" of the US.
But no amount of "guilt taxing" will ever change Congress' minds. It never will. The US just pisses our treasure down the drain for subhumans to keep failing as a race and civilization.
