Former US President Donald Trump refused to conduct a prisoner exchange with Russia. He could have brought home American Paul Whelan and Russian Viktor Bout, but he didn't. The politician's confession was published in his social network Truth Social.

That's because Whelan hasn't worked for the US. Maybe for one of the other countries he owns passports of, or maybe for his own account. There are not only rumors about weapon deals, but also about snipers for hire.
