This I can believe. A "win-win" for the DS.

All those arms sent to Ukraine and the $82B in arms left in Afghanistan need a facilitator to find new homes to start new wars, and don't forget 10% for the "Big Guy".

Meanwhile back in the US, Biden racks up points with his base for freeing an LGBTQxyz law breaking dope smoking America hating misfit.
