I knew a guy who worked at Hertz. Internally the employees refer to it as "Hurts."

Easy to see what happened. In the middle of the night somebody in a hoody and ski mask walked between the vehicles, squirting lighter fluid through the grills of each one and lighting them with a match, or a BIC.
