with the way counties are crunching on their budgets i dont think an appeal is gonna work. It's gonna be pay up or get foreclosed since the county has all the power when it comes to foreclosures and seizures. Look at Colorado, the retard liberals voted to remove TABOR effectively shitcanning the very thing protecting them from the government fucking them over, and i fully expect a lot more liberal counties are gonna do the same as they remove those pesky laws and regulations that prohibit them from doing whatever the fuck they want
The way it works around here the auditor always decides to jack up home values if the levy gets shot down multiple times. I'd like to know if someone is eligible for a refund if they sell their home for less than it has been evaluated...
