Once I've read a paper analyzing the conditions in which the settlers prevailed against native tribes, and you know what was their greatest asset, according to the author? Native tribes were already at war between each others... And it's true it's a weakness, especially when a third party takes advantage of it I don't believe in a broad unity among whites on a racial basis alone, there has never been such a thing among whites at any point in time, the closest thing to it was achieved through religion and/or a common enemy, unifying the "white tribes" that were previously at odds... And it was through centralized systems/states/empires and their war efforts for their respective geopolitical ambitions, and then back to business as usual...
