Yes, the 2022 election was fraudulant across the board, even in districts where Republican candidates won. Democrat fraud took votes away from winning Republican candidates and made their victory margin seem smaller than it actually was.
But if the courts refuse to hear any cases presented to them, as happened in 2020, what does it matter? If your recourse is the justice system, and if the justice system is corrupted and totally owned by the other party, what real recourse to you have?
