uh....so why can't we use this same magical 'taxpayer standing' to challenge violations of state and federal constitutional rights as voters? Our votes and elections are being stolen. All the friggin' judges that got election lawsuits threw them out on 'no standing'. Voters as citizens must also have this 'taxpayer standing' to sue.
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
