The reality is Pennsylvania law means in-person votes that skew Republican tend to disproportionately be counted and reported before Democratic-leaning mail-in votes.

I believe their repub to dem mail in ratios were like literally 3 to 1 last election. THREE TO ONE. WTF! Where as the in person was like 1 to 1 on average across the state. or maybe 1 to .8.
