But the reason this tool is saying this is he knows that the “liberal world order” he’s so horny to support requires such policies to survive.

He’s effectively affirming that the “people” he supports actually could resort to this for Us, from which he concludes that he doesn’t want Us do this to them.

Comments like that are what happens when mental children try to pursue a policy their not capable of maintaining or succeeding with.
