The only right way to handle this is to recall or invalidate the sham election in 2020.
Not that it will happen, but it’s the only way to actually solve the current problem of imposters in the executive branch.

Not really. Obama will still be acting president. What it will do is confirm the GOP Leadership is finally working for our side and will be bringing the downhill constitutional slide to a full stop.

Oh, I agree ... but a Biden Impeachment or psychological evaluation could happen quite quickly, with the longer term list you noted thereafter. Longer term inasmuch as these items will require more time to accomplish.
